For work, you should prepare the following components:
- a racket for badminton or tennis;
- a sheet of colored paper in blue (or any other);
- a tube of PVA glue;
- scissors and pencil;
- a set of paper strips for quilling (5 mm wide);
- a wooden skewer (a toothpick or special tools for this technique).
Step 1. At this stage you need to prepare the basis for the work.
Take a colored sheet of paper, circle the diameter of the racket with a pencil and cut an oval of a suitable shape. Insert it and fix it on the racket. The paper can be glued to the racket with glue or double-sided tape.
Step 2. Now we proceed to the production of flowers for work.
Take 6 long pink strips of paper, scissors, a wooden skewer and PVA glue.
Cut the strips in half to get 12 strips. Of these, free spirals need to be twisted.
Such pink round spirals should make 12 pieces. Plus, make another yellow one.
From them it is necessary to make an element called the "eye". To do this, squeeze the round billet on both sides with both hands.
Fold the blanks in a circle so that they are in contact with each other and glue them. Glue the yellow spiral in the middle. The flower is ready.
Such flowers should be made approximately 5-7 pieces. Multi-colored plants will look better.
Step 2. We now proceed to the production of leaflets.
Take the green long strips (15 pieces), cut them in half.
Start twisting loose spirals.
For leaflets you need to make an element called "drop". To do this, with one hand you hold the round workpiece, and with the other - squeeze the opposite edge.
Now glue together the three elements.
Such leaves should go 8-10 pieces.
Step 4. We proceed to the manufacture of dragonflies.
Take 3 blue stripes, 2 red and 1 black.
Cut in half and form round loose spirals. The blue ones (5 pieces) remain of this shape, from the red ones (4 pieces) make “drops”, and from the black ones (2 pieces) twist small tight spirals.
Glue the elements as shown in the photo.
Step 4. A moth is made on the same principle. You need to twist 1 red round billet, 7 elements of the "eyes" of violet color, 24 elements of a blue shade of the shape "drop", "eye" and 1 element of "horns". It is necessary to glue as in the photo.
Step 5. We begin to assemble the finished parts of the picture.
Here is such a beautiful original panel turned out using the quilling technique. You can hang it on the wall and enjoy the creation.
