Good day to all. Many are now fond of modeling from salt dough, and I was also carried away. It is really very interesting and exciting. I want to introduce you to my craft from this material. For this work I needed:
- Salty dough of brown, white, green, pink and yellow.
- Plastic bottle.
- Scissors.
- Board.
- Rolling pin.
- The knife.
- Gouache.
- A brush.
- Toothpick or wire.
- Varnish.
First, I cut the bottom off the plastic bottle. Made a flower pot.

I doused it with brown dough.

After she took the dough green. Roll it out with a thickness of about 0.5-0.8 ml. and with a knife I cut leaves out of it. I did not make large cuts on them.

I made seven of such leaves. Then I “planted” them in a pot. Do not forget that a mug of water should be at hand. With the help of wet fingers, we smooth the joints or fasten the parts together.

From the white dough, I made the petals for the future flower. I also made seven of them. I also “planted” these petals in a pot, staggered in relation to the leaves.

The flower pot is ready. Then I started making Thumbelina. To do this, I took a pink dough and rolled up a small sausage. This is the torso of a girl.

From the test of the same test, I rolled a ball. It will be the head.

Using a small length of wire, the body was connected to the head and "planted" the workpiece in the center of the flower. She tried to make a nose and eyebrows on her face.

Then she rolled out two sausages and with the help of a knife made an imitation of her fingers. After the hand she attached to the torso.

I made hair out of yellow dough. I rolled out many thin sausages and attached them with water to my head. Then she left the craft to dry. She died with me for about a week. As soon as the work was dry, I drew her eyes and mouth and varnished the craft.
