A simple needle bed is a necessary thing in the arsenal of every lover of sewing and needlework. However, such a banal item can also be turned into a functional organizer, which will allow you to carefully store not only needles with pins, but also various little things like buttons, thimbles and fasteners. In addition, it can be a pleasant gift and just decorate your desktop. To create such a needle box will help a beautiful glass jar and a little magic. An additional advantage of a rustic rustic needle-box is that all objects inside it will be visible.

Materials for work:
1. A beautiful glass jar with a lid;
2. Fabric (the effect of antiquity is best created by linen or velvet);
3. Sintepon or holofiber (better both of them);
4. Satin ribbons;
5. Lace;
6. Candle;
7. Glue gun;
8. Thread with a needle;
9. A piece of felt.

Work sequence:

We unscrew the lid, cut out a circle from the fabric about half the width of the lid diameter. Cut the same circle from sintepon. From felt, cut out a circle slightly smaller than the diameter of the lid (about 5 mm).

We apply the synthetic winterizer to the wrong side of the fabric, bend it by 5 mm, sweep it, pulling the thread a little.

Fill the resulting cup evenly with holofiber. We insert a felt circle into the pillow and gently tighten the thread to the end. We tie a knot and cut it off. It turns out something similar to manti.

We prepare the glue gun, apply hot glue to the cover and press the pillow to it.

The thermogun can quite successfully be replaced by "Moment" or "Titanium".
We measure the circumference of the cover and cut off the right amount of satin and lace ribbon.

Folding shuttlecocks, we connect the lace with the base.

Using a glue gun, fix it on the side of the cover.

We turn to the decor of the jars. From satin ribbons, cut out the petals of different shapes according to the pattern:

No. 1 - white 12 pcs.,
No. 2 - pink, 10 pcs.,
No. 3 - pink, 8 pcs.,
No. 4 - burgundy, 10 pcs.,
No. 5 - burgundy, 8 pcs.,
No. 6 - burgundy, 10 pcs.

The petals of the same pattern can turn out to be different, however, in a real peony, they differ in shape. We melt the edges with the heat of a candle so that they curl a little; for this we bring the petals to the flame without touching the fire.

We wrap a small ball from sintepon on a stick and begin to create a peony bud. We glue the blanks of the petals in rows with the front side to ourselves, starting with white.
