Soap making has become very popular today. Cooking homemade soap has become unusually fashionable. In addition, it is the most natural and environmentally friendly product. I also tried. Frankly, this process is amazing and very exciting. Professionals make soap from a soap base, but for a beginner soap bar you can use baby soap as a base. It has no smell and consists of natural ingredients similar to the composition of the soap base.
So, let's begin. To work, you need baby soap (4-5 pieces), cocoa butter or grape seed oil (as a base oil), essential oil (lime, orange or grapefruit oil is suitable for anti-cellulite soap), food colors can be used to give the soap a certain shade or pronounced color oils. As a filler, sea salt and ground coffee are suitable. Soap making tools - grater, two pans (for a water bath), silicone or plastic molds.

Grate baby soap

Should get soap shavings

We put on the stove a pan filled with water. We put a smaller pan in it (for a water bath). As soon as the water in the first pan boils, pour the soap shavings into the second pan.

Add base oil to the chips (in my case, cocoa butter)

And hot milk (can be replaced with hot water) to soften soap chips. Cover the pan with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes.

When the soap shavings melt properly, add the orange oil (which slightly stains the soap mixture to a yellowish color).

Cooking filler. We take ground coffee at the rate of 1.5 tablespoons per 1 bar of soap and sea salt (1 tablespoon per bar).

Pour filler into soapy mass

And mix quickly.

After that, we lay out the mass in molds and leave it for 30-40 minutes to solidify (at room temperature). We take out the finished soap.

Soap can be used immediately, and the remaining pieces should be wrapped with cling film and put in the freezer. So it will last up to 6 months.
