First of all, you will need to make a drawing of the workbench, having previously decided on its dimensions, as well as prepare all the necessary materials and tools.
note: the accuracy and stability of the whole structure directly depends on how accurately the workpieces from the profile pipe are cut and fitted.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author welds the power frame of the table. The design, in principle, is classic, the main thing is to decide on the sizes in advance.
In the upper part of the workbench frame, where the countertop will be located, you need to weld stiffeners (in this case, 4 pieces).
After that, the master proceeds to the manufacture of tool boxes and other "little things." Only drawers are not pull-out, as in classic workbenches, but rotary (they are mounted on hinges).
At the bottom of the frame, the author welds the shelf frames. The wheels must be welded to the table legs.
At the last stage, it remains only to cut and weld the countertop. In it, the author previously drilled holes.
