Using a home-made lock made of a round aluminum billet, you can set the sash of the plastic window in ventilation mode at different angles.

The device itself consists of two halves. There will be a bearing in one of the halves. Under it, you will need to drill a channel, and then squander the seat.

And the first thing you need to grind half of this device. As mentioned earlier, on the one hand there will be a bearing, and on the opposite side there will be a rotary part, which also has to be turned on a lathe.

The main stages of work

In the second rug there will be a leg, which will then enter the bearing located in the main part of the blocker.

After that, it will be necessary to drill through the part that should enter the reciprocal place in the first half. Then the author makes a threaded hole to attract to the bearing.

Next, to the rotary part of the device you will need to attach the locking lever. The author makes it from a brass bar.

At the next stage, the author warms up the housing and drives the bearing into the bore hole. Then you will need to connect the two halves of the device with each other.

Then it remains only to install the locking knob with a spring inside, make 11 recesses under the lever in the housing every 30 degrees and install another bearing that will be in contact with the window sash.
