When working in a car workshop, workers often suffer from back pain. And in garage conditions, car owners often face a similar situation.

First, we cut a square pipe of the diameter we need and weld the frame according to the given drawing. We connect the two halves of the bed together with a vertical tube.
The main stages of work
For greater strength, the legs of the bed are connected at the bottom with a metal bar. And for vertical strength we weld two jibs connecting the horizontal supports to the vertical legs.
Next, make a hole in the pipe and weld a nut for the locking bolt. We clean all welds and along the edges of the pipes we chamfer so as not to cut ourselves in the future. And then you can paint the stand.
The next step will be the manufacture of a supporting table. From a square pipe, we prepare segments for the size we need. We weld the lid to the size of our table.
We clean the edges of the table with a grinder. Glue on top a piece of gymnastic mat so that it is convenient to lean on it. We also apply protective material to the legs of the bed to avoid scratches on the machine with the metal parts of the homemade product.
