In order not to hold the grinder in your hands when performing various operations with small parts and workpieces, you can make your own hands a simple home-made machine based on it - for the home workshop and garage.
The machine will turn out universal. Depending on the installed disc, you can either grind metal and wood, or cut plywood (with a saw blade, for example, etc.).
The master decided to make a bed for a homemade machine from a grinder from a profile pipe 15 * 15 mm. In total 13 sections of a profile of different length will be required.
The main stages of work
After you cut all the necessary workpieces, you need to weld two identical frames. They should be rectangular in shape. Then these frames are welded to each other using 4 racks.
At the next stage, the master proceeds to manufacture mounts for the grinder. Moreover, the task is not only to make a reliable mount. It must be mobile.
Next, you need to make a desktop. For this, the master uses sheet metal. A piece of rectangular shape is welded to the frame. And pay attention that the table turned out sliding.
At the last stage, it remains only to make a lever and a protective casing. Then the final assembly of the bed and painting (optional) is carried out.
