The first step is to cut a circle of the desired diameter from a board or piece of plywood. Then we drill two holes: one in the center, the second a little to the side (with an offset from the center). Next, insert a long bolt into the central hole.
The main stages of work
Next, cut a small piece of wood plank, drill a through hole and, using a jigsaw, cut out the “core” according to the previously marked markings. We fasten the bar with a bolt and nut to the circle.
At the next stage, we cut the necessary size workpieces from plywood, OSB or boards, and then assemble the frame for the future electric vegetable slicer. The frame itself is attached to the base (a piece of plywood), and inside you need to install a circle with an eccentric.
