As practice shows, the stabilizer bar more often than the rest of the working elements of the suspension of the car fail. When this happens, they usually go straight to the car shop and just buy a new rack, because such parts are inexpensive.
But there is also an alternative that will come in handy in situations where there is no money, but you need to go. And for the "resuscitation" of the rack at home, you do not even need to use a welding machine. All that is needed for work is a grinder and another stand with a working hinged head.
First of all, we cut off the good hinge head with the help of a grinder, and on the main rack - we remove the bad one. If both heads “flew”, then we cut off two hinges. Then we cut the thread using a die of a suitable diameter.

After cutting the thread on the rack rod, apply a thread lock to it and wind the extended nut (in this case, M8). If you do everything “dry”, without a thread lock, there is a chance that the connection will loosen quickly.
Next, we screw the ball joint itself into the elongated nut, after which we expose it in the desired position relative to the main axis. That, in fact, is all. Such a hastily assembled rack will serve for some time.
