The main material for the manufacture of a rocket furnace will be a profile pipe 100x100 mm. If possible, you can also use a profile of 150x150 mm. We cut three pieces of the profile pipe at an angle of 45 degrees (on a band saw or grinder).
The main stages of work
In the pipe on which the hob of sheet metal will be installed, you need to make a square "window" in the center. This window will include the main "exhaust" pipe of the rocket furnace.
Then around the square hole in the profile we weld four "walls" to fix the main "exhaust" pipe of the rocket furnace. In the next step, you also need to weld two chimneys on the sides.
