From cuttings of profile pipes, you can make a simple device for manually carrying sheets of plywood, countertops, window frames, doors and other overall objects. As the main material, you can use a profile of 20x20 mm. You will also need to prepare pieces of steel round pipe.
To work, you will need a angle grinder, an electric drill and a welding machine (you can use a conventional inverter, but better - a semiautomatic device). To connect the individual parts of this home-made device, you will also need fasteners - bolts with nuts.
The main stages of work
First of all, it is necessary to cut two identical pieces of length of 14 cm from a profile pipe 20x20 mm. One of the pieces must be cut at an angle of 45 degrees. Then we weld two pieces together.
At the next stage, we cut off three pieces of a round steel pipe: two need to be welded along the edges of the handle, and a bolt is welded into the third pipe segment - we screw it into one of the holes drilled in the profile and fix it with a regular hex or wing nut.
In the end, we get a ready-made tool for convenient manual transportation of sheet materials and overall items. If desired, a homemade device can be painted with spray paint.
