In this case, for the manufacture of this homemade product, it will be necessary to prepare a piece of a square-shaped profile pipe, two pieces of a steel corner and two bolts with nuts. Moreover, for greater convenience, it is best to use wing nuts.
First of all, it is necessary to cut a piece of suitable length from a profile pipe 30x30 mm (or another size). In this case, a piece of profile is the basis of the fixture for welding.
Homemade manufacturing process
After you have prepared a piece of the profile pipe, you will need to cut off with the grinder two more pieces of the steel corner. In the blanks then you need to drill through holes for the bolts so that you can connect them together.
In order not to waste time on the markup, we simply apply the corners to the profile pipe, fix it with clamps and drill through holes.
Then we connect all the prepared parts with two bolts with regular or wing nuts. Now the homemade tool for welding plates at right angles is fully assembled and ready to use.
